Joachim Peiper
Joachim Peiper was born on January 30, 1915, in Berlin, Germany. He was the son of a wealthy businessman and was raised in a privileged environment. Peiper was a bright student and excelled in sports, particularly boxing and fencing. He joined the Nazi Party in 1933 and the SS in 1936.
